BUYOUT & CONSIGNMENT: 

Thank you for your considering TN STORE LUXURY  to sell your HERMES .

What is consignment?

Consignment is when I list your item(s) on my platforms and pay you out after the item sells. 

What is a buyout?

A buyout is when I offer to directly purchase your item(s) and issue payment within 72 hours of receiving, reviewing, and authenticating your item(s).

 

What brands do you accept for consignment and/or buyout?

For buyout quotes, I accept the following brand: “Hermes only” 

For consignment, I accept only Hermes brand. 

Due to my limited labor capacity as a small business, I am unable to offer quotes for every item submitted to my website. 

Consignment fees:

Consignment fees vary based on the item(s) sale price. 

$2,000 or less = $150 fee

$5,000 or less = $300 fee 

$5,000-10,000 = 8-10% fee 

$15,000-$20,000 = 6% fee

$20,000+ = 5% fee 

Consignors are responsible for additional authentication fees related to their items. Due to rapidly changing market conditions, quotes are only guaranteed for 7 business days.

 

Shipping your item:

A prepaid label from TN STORE LUXURY is provided. Provided labels are insured and the cost of shipping and insurance is deducted from your final payout. Please provide accurate package weight and measurements so that the cost of the label is accurate.

TN STORE LUXURY  is not responsible for packages “LOST” during transit, nor for any weather-related “DAMAGES” or “DELAYS”. We are committed to helping you every step of the way with filing an insurance claim and/or following up with the shipping service in the event of a lost or delayed package. 

Listing of Item: 

Items generally take 7-10 business days to be photographed and listed.

Return consignment:

TN STORE LUXURY makes every effort to only accept items that we believe will sell quickly. If after 90 days, the item has not sold, you can request for it to be returned. Consigner is only responsible for the initial shipping cost and the cost of return shipment. No additional fee is incurred. 

A $200 fee will be applied if this request comes before the 90 day period to cover time spent photographing and marketing.

Payouts:

We will send payment for sold items via the payment method of your choice : ACH ,Wire, Zelle,Venmo , check …). Due to the volume of requests, sometimes Zelle will be unavailable due to daily sending limits. 

For buyout agreements, payment is issued within 72 hours of receipt of the item. For consignment, payment is issued within 5-7 business days of the item's sale.

Please note that payouts may in rare cases be “Delayed”  due to travel, vacation, or illness.

By submitting this form you are agreeing to the stated terms. You also agree that the item(s) sent are 100% authentic and were lawfully purchased/obtained.
